SYNOPSIS:
Without the evil vampire Bishop ruling over the town of Morganville, the resident vampires have made major concessions to the human population. With their newfound freedoms, Claire Danvers and her friends are almost starting to feel comfortable again…
Now Claire can actually concentrate on her studies, and her friend Eve joins the local theatre company. But when one of Eve’s castmates goes missing after starting work on a short documentary, Eve suspects the worst. Claire and Eve soon realize that this film project, whose subject is the vampires themselves, is a whole lot bigger-and way more dangerous-than anyone suspected.
MY THOUGHTS:
FINALLY, the library got to me on the list for this book. I had been waiting forever it seemed to get to read it! I was in Morganville Limbo and wanting more of this series! In this book we get to see more of the emotions and relationship issues evolve between Michael, Eve, Claire and Shane. The author touches on subjects that real teens would have an issue with in the real world. We even get to have Myrnin back for his comical take on vampires. The book did seem to be more of a filler book, but I am such a fan of this series, that I didn’t mind one bit. I got my Morganville fix. I think this book could be one that could easily be skipped in the series and you wouldn’t miss to much, but if you are seriously addicted to this series, you wouldn’t want to miss any of it!
MY RATING:
Outstanding Book That Will Stay On My Bookshelf
