SYNOPSIS:
Dear Blue, Do you think it’s really possible to start over?
Madison and Jeremy are both running for president of their high school. They’ve been bitter enemies since Jeremy punk’d Madison freshman year.
Then Madison gets paired in an anonymous “pen pal” program. While the school election heats up, so do the letters between Madison and this guy who calls himself Blue. They’re practically hooked up on paper — and they’ve never even met!
Election Day reveals all — the winner, the loser, and the school’s hottest new couple.
MY THOUGHTS:
This is my first book by author Jahnna N. Malcom. Even though it is a bit predicatable and corny, remember that it is for the younger group of teens. The writing was great and flowed very well and the characters personalities and actions are what you would expect from young teens. Even though you also know who Blue and Pinky are from the start of the book without much guessing really, it was still sweet and fun to watch them experience figuring it out for themselves.
Overall, this was a cute and fun, light read to sit down with. I finished it in less than an hour, and I really enjoyed it. This would be perfect for the younger teens, older teens looking for a campy love story and adults who just want a quick and fun read to relive their highschool age!
MY RATING:
Very Good! Worth Spending Your Money on!

Sometimes corny is good. LOL
