Hello fellow bloggers! Welcome back!
As you can see, the blog is now being redirected to the new domain. The design is still a work in progress so there will be some changes in the weeks to come. Small things mostly, but please be patient with me as I am new to wordpress.
I am also having problems with the RSS feed. I can’t get it to cooperate but I will continue working on it. It’s fixed now!
If you notice, I have taken the plunge and also decided to let go of GFC, Linky and Networked Blogs. While having GFC and such was nice, I made a personal decision to let them go for the blog. The main reason being that I am not going to attach myself to the number and concentrate on the posts in the future. I know many of you stand by the numbers of GFC and such, but I would rather go by performance reports. I don’t want to feel validated by that number anymore.
I will also be adding a subscribe by email feature later in the week.
Another hard decision I made was the challenges I hosted. If you notice, I have also let them go. I encourage you to keep up your challenge goals, but I will no longer be hosting a monthly link up. This was a decision that was also completely personal. While I enjoyed hosting it every month, I just have too much on my plate this year. Hopefully next year will be better for this.
I can’t wait to get back in the groove of things and I look forward to having more time to comment on your blogs now. PLEASE, if you have any suggestions for the site, leave me a comment!

Nice, I like it. I came pretty darn close to switching to wordpress last night…. okay, I pretty much had, I had everything exported over, but decided to delete it and stay with blogger because there were certain features that blogger had and wordpress didn’t that I couldn’t part with…. just yet, who knows I’ll probably cave in and switch later on down the road, lol…. it’s kind of a hard switch to make, all sorts of panic sets in thinking about it, lol.

It took me over a year to decide to do it. It basically came down to the point of wanting better control of my blog. Plus making that personal decision of wanting to let the GFC go. Don’t get me wrong! There has been some hair pulling and lots of frustration tears. So worth it though!
