SYNOPSIS:

Jessica often wishes she felt as comfortable with her classmates as she does among the vampires and witches of her fiction. She has always been treated as an outsider at Ramsa High. But two new students have just arrived in Ramsa, and both want Jessica’s attention. She has no patience with overly friendly Caryn, but she’s instantly drawn to handsome Alex, a cocky, mysterious boy who seems surprisingly familiar. If she didn’t know better, she’d think Aubrey, the alluring villain from Tiger, Tiger had just sprung to life. That’s impossible, of course; Aubrey is a figment of her imagination. Or is he?
MY TAKE:
This is suppose to be young adult, but as I was reading it I got the feeling of it being more for the tweens instead. Don’t get me wrong, it was a great rainy day read. It just moved along so fast and ended so quickly. The author has wonderful writing skills, but I think this is a book for the younger teens. The only reason it is getting a lower rating is because I felt this was for the younger teen scene. For them, it would get probably a 4 or 5. Since I am adult reading this, and was expecting it to be an older teen read, I am giving it the following rating.

Are you obsessed with finding that perfect soulmate? Are you part of the majority out there that is obsessed with the vampire world? I received this book and jumped right into reading it because I am the vampire obsessed fan. With wonderful writing and great Q&As with vampires, what more could you ask for? In this book you will get to hear the vampire side, the author side and what attracts everyone to the basis of finding love with a vampire. You will learn the meaning of the red ribbon and start scrounging through you ribbons for one to tie around your wrist. With my favorite part of the book being the pick up lines that vampires use, you will find yourself laughing and doing lots of AH-HA moments! This was a great and quick read that opened my eyes to the vampire world of dating and what one mortal can expect from immortals!
