If you have ever had the joy of having a daughter, watching her grow up into a beautiful young lady, then this is a read that will touch your heart when the day she asks for your blessing finally arrives.

Whether you are a father or a mother, this book helps you realize the importance of how much you make in a daughters life and how your love can be shown to her. It gives you thoughtful passages and guides you through the process of your emotions in having to deal with not only letting your little girl go, but help in dealing with accepting a new son in the process.

I was excited to read this having three daughters of my own. I tried to imagine my daughters grown up and getting ready to be married. I felt the same emotions that the writer explored and he helps you realize that you aren’t losing a daughter you are gaining a son.
With touching and emotionally packed stories of what he went through, you will slowly realize that you have so much to be thankful for and the process of realizing your emotions that can sometimes be overwhelming.
A great read that not only would be great to own, but would also make a great gift for the father of the bride.

Synopsis:

My Take:

Damian Marcel, Draicon of his pack, is looking for his draicara, his life mate. He finds this in the woman named Jamie Walsh. Jamie tried killing Damian before and it is a wonder he wants her for a mate in the first place. you see, Jamie had seen Damian kill her brother with his pack helping in it. She believed her brother was a good man, but we come to find out that the man she thought was her brother was actually a Morph. A morph is an evil magick.

Jamie is cursed with a spell that is turning her body to stone. Together the must find the Book of Magick and find the cure to reverse the spell.

I found that in this book there are more than one ways to write about wolves. They can have magical abilities that I wouldn’t have even thought of. The author did a wonderful tale that expanded the beliefs of how werewolves should be written. We find that family is more important than anything in this book and family is something Jamie never had growing up

All in all I like this book. Like I said it opened my eyes to different ways paranormal stories can evolve. I will check out some more of her books and see if she did this with other paranormal creatures as well. This was a great read from Silhouette Nocturne.
